  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at payment@zrxtrade.com with your order details.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.

  3. Package your items securely and include all original materials.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
